Hi from the farm,

I’m back in the kitchen this coming Sunday, baking granola and bread. I plan to only bake once or twice a month, so if you have room in your freezer you may want to order enough for the month. Double bagged the bread stays fresh quite well for the month. Especially good wrapped in foil and warmed in the oven!

I have made some changes to the Pick-up locations and times too, so be sure to check the Q and A page!

The above freezing weather continues this week, but I see on my weather app that we have a freeze coming Saturday. So with a freeze, the cilantro will be gone. If you like the cilantro you may want to order extra this week!

Also, I will not be open this next Thanksgiving week. I wish you a Happy Thanksgiving!

The bread stores nicely in the freezer, you may want to order extra :)

Its very unusual to have these warm conditions the last day of October, but it has been good for the gardener who is wanting to get the winter garden started late!

Spinach, beets, and radishes are sown. Kale and lettuce going in today. All will get tucked under a low tunnel soon!
